Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use this website, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use.

Last updated: 21 October 2026

Our aim

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. The site is built with semantic HTML, visible focus states, sufficient colour contrast, descriptive link text and alternative text for meaningful images.

Accessibility options on every page

Select the accessibility button at the bottom left of any page to:

  • Increase or decrease text size
  • Switch to a high-contrast colour scheme
  • Highlight all links
  • Use a more readable font and increase text spacing
  • Switch to greyscale
  • Pause animations and transitions
  • Use a larger cursor

Your choices are saved on your device. The site also respects your operating system's reduced motion setting.

Keyboard and screen readers

All menus, accordions and dialogs can be operated with a keyboard. A "skip to content" link appears when you press Tab. Pages use landmarks and a logical heading structure for screen reader users.

Known limitations

Some third-party content we link to, such as published standards, may not meet the same accessibility level. If you need information in a different format, we will provide it.

Feedback

If you find a barrier on this site, please tell us at info@hexacertifications.co.uk or call 020 7946 0321. We aim to respond within five working days.
